安裝方法：

1. 下載檔案，並且解壓縮
2. 依照系統別，拷貝對應版本的DynCache.exe跟DynCache.pdb到%SystemRoot%\System32
3. 在命令提示字元下，執行下列指令
   sc create DynCache binpath= %SystemRoot%\System32\DynCache.exe start= auto type= own DisplayName= "Dynamic Cache Service"
4. 執行安裝DynCache.reg這個登錄檔
