關閉outlook 2016~2019、Office365 outlook優先搜索雲端信箱帳號

當有使用微軟雲端帳號，剛好跟公司自己的E-Mail位址相同時，

將會導致新版Office Outlook搜查公司信箱，無法正確設定Exchange模式

原因在於新版Outlook為了"方便"自家Office365用戶，無視autodiscover的DNS設定，直接做Office365認證

加入下列登錄值後，即可關閉outlook 2016~2019、Office365 outlook優先搜索雲端信箱帳號：

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\autodiscover

DWORD: ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint
