Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable

之前在Windows XP SP2 / Win2003 SP1之前的時代，每次第一次更新一定會安裝的Windows Installer 3.1，之前系統要安裝Adobe Acorbat 7.0/8.0就一定要有安裝Windows Installer 3.1後才可以動作。
繼Vista / Win2008內建4.0之後，又針對Windows Installer的Bugs釋出新版的4.5版，相信日後沒多久，很多程式安裝也將一定要有Windows Installer 4.5版為基本。
現在若要安裝最新的SQL Server 2008 Express，預設已經要先安裝Windows Installer 4.5後才可以安裝SQL Server 2008 Express主程式。
所以趕快下載安裝.....Windows Installer 4.5吧！
