Sharepoint Server 2010有三個版本, Enterprise、Standard及Foundation, 基本上Foundation是可以直接下載來用的簡易版本, Enterprise及Standard則是要付費的版本

內部網路網站使用伺服器/CAL (用戶端存取授權) 模型授權。每個執行的軟體執行個體都需有 SharePoint Server 2013，且存取 SharePoint Server 的每個使用者或裝置都需有 CAL。

• SharePoint 企業版 CAL 是附加授權：若要使用 SharePoint 企業版功能，使用者/裝置必須同時有 SharePoint 標準版 CAL 和 SharePoint 企業版 CAL。
